Our team of experts

Andes Datatec has professionals with experience of more than 18 years in constitution of mining property, territorial reports and cadastres. We advise companies in the development of their projects as well as in obtaining the necessary permits to build, install and operate these projects.
We support our clients during each stage of their project, from the acquisition of land, territorial strategy, processing of easements and electrical concessions, negotiation, the due diligence process, water rights, among others.

Andrea Lobos

Founding partner

Lawyer from the University of Chile, Master in Business Law, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
She has worked as a lawyer and legal advisor for companies in the mining, energy, natural resources and corporate areas, advising both national and international clients in the development and implementation of their projects.
Before founding Andes Datatec, she worked as an associate attorney at Oyarzún & Compañía.

Tamara Ramírez

Geographer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Postgraduate Degree in Geomatics, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, 2008, and Diploma in Territorial Planning and Environment, Universidad Mayor, 2013. With more than 17 years of professional experience in the field of strategic management territory for mining and energy projects, leading the realization of surface land cadastres, mining property and development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She served as Production Manager, Operations Deputy Manager, Territorial Area Manager, among others, in Chileregistros for 15 years.

Before joining Andes Datatec as a partner, he worked as a lawyer at Ramos, Pazos Montecinos & Diez in Concepción during the years 2007 to 2010, at García Magliona Abogados during 2010-2011 and at Clarke, Modet & Co. during 2011 and 2012.

Karina has concentrated her practice in civil, real estate and corporate law, advising individuals and companies in the acquisition of assets and feasibility analysis and development of real estate projects, as well as the negotiation and drafting of contracts, obtaining permits and authorizations, and the formation of societies for its development.
Previously, he worked as a lawyer at Echegoyen & Stitchkin Abogados (2015), at Romero y Asociados (2016 – 2018) and the free practice of the profession since his degree in 2015.

With 8 years of professional experience in the field of territorial strategic management for mining and energy projects, he has worked as a senior analyst geographer in the preparation of cadastres and monitoring of surface land, mining property and development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). ).
In addition, for 4 years he has been giving Geography classes to Sustainable Tourism students from the Arcos Professional Institute.

Gerald Esquerré

He has worked as a lawyer in the Andes IP law firm in the area of litigation, in civil, labor and criminal matters. He advises clients on intellectual property matters, negotiating corporate structures, drafting contracts.
